Art Competitions Each year, Carol Cordrey organises sponsored art competitions, such as The Richmond Painting Competition and The Guildford Painting Competition. Offering attractive prize money and judged by Carol Cordrey alongside distinguished artists such as David Shepherd OBE, Tom Coates NEAC and Nicholas Allan, they have been very successful in encouraging high standards amongst artists, in promoting sales of their work and in developing links between the business and artistic communities. Several of the competitions have been used to source images for publication in very popular calendars. Here are the winning paintings from the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Guildford Painting Competitions. |
